Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package.

Did you get my order? I didn't get any emails or anything to confirm my purchase.
If you did not receive an email invoice with details of your transaction, please contact us right away so we can determine if your order is in the system or not. Sometimes a typo in your email address can cause this issue.

How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping is only 5.00 for the first item and 3.50 for each additional item.

How long will it take to get my item?
Shipping will take 2 weeks from time of purchase.

What is your return policy?
All Today Show Sales are Final Sales - No refunds or exchanges.
